Terms of Service
These terms explain how enquiries, quotes and bookings work with Peak Alliance. By submitting an enquiry or accepting a quote, you agree to the terms set out below.
Last updated: 21 October 2026
1. Who we are
Peak Alliance Travel (“Peak Alliance”, “we”, “us”) is a chauffeur company based in Dublin, Ireland, providing private and group ground transport across Ireland. You can reach us at hello@peakalliance.ie.
2. Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting the enquiry form sends us a request, not a confirmed booking. We review the route, timing and vehicle requirements and respond with a written quote. No vehicle is reserved and no contract is formed until we confirm your booking in writing.
3. Quotes
Each quote is prepared manually and applies only to the specific journey, date and vehicle described in it. Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote itself, or for seven days where no period is given. Prices may change if the journey details change after the quote is issued.
4. Confirming a booking
A booking is confirmed only when all of the following have happened:
- you accept a specific written quote in writing;
- we acknowledge your acceptance; and
- we confirm the assigned vehicle and arrangements.
Until that point, the journey is not guaranteed and may be subject to availability.
5. Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking, tell us as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may affect the price. Cancellation terms, including any charges for late cancellation or no-shows, are set out in the written quote for your journey.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate journey details, including passenger numbers, luggage and timing, and to ensure that passengers behave safely and lawfully. We may decline or end a journey where passenger conduct is unsafe, unlawful or damaging to the vehicle.
7. Our fleet and partners
We operate our own Mercedes V-Class and Sprinter vehicles. Where a journey needs more capacity, we may arrange vehicles through trusted partners. Any such arrangement is made separately and is never presented as our own fleet.
8. Liability
We take reasonable care to run journeys punctually and safely, but we are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as traffic, weather, road closures or flight changes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
10. Contact
