1. Who is responsible for your data
Peak Alliance Travel, based in Dublin, Ireland, is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@peakalliance.ie.
2. Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry or correspond with us, we may collect:
- your name and contact details, such as email address;
- journey details you provide, including route, date, passenger numbers and luggage;
- any message or notes you add to your enquiry; and
- basic technical information from your browser, such as device and general location, used only to keep the site secure and working.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- prepare and send you a written quote;
- arrange and deliver a booking you confirm;
- respond to your questions and keep a record of our contact; and
- meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Legal basis
We process your information to take steps at your request before entering a contract and to perform a booking you confirm. Where we keep records for legal or accounting reasons, we rely on our legal obligations and legitimate interests in running the business responsibly.
5. Sharing your information
We share information only as far as needed to deliver your journey — for example, with a chauffeur assigned to your booking, or with a trusted partner when a journey needs additional capacity. We may also share information where required by law. Any partner is expected to protect your information to the same standard described here.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking records only for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting requirements, after which the information is securely deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under Irish and EU data protection law, you have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct information that is inaccurate;
- ask us to delete information where there is no need to keep it;
- object to or restrict certain processing; and
- lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@peakalliance.ie.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
